I am fortunate enough to have one very popular consignment store one town over from ours. Actually it is one of the only remaining consignment shops in this area. The owner will only accept top brands – a big plus when you only look for the best quality clothes. She also holds sales every season. Not only are the items still popular designer brands and high end boutique, they have already been marked down considerably because they are second hand, however the clothes are still in excellent condition. Usually the sale is 50% off the already reduced price OR you can stuff a bag for $15! How is that for a great way to stock up on eBay inventory!

The best part is that what they outgrow you can begin to research to figure out what each item is selling for on eBay. In doing research I have found items sell for the same price or even more than what the item originally sold for off the store rack. One time I found a complete Oilily outfit for my daughter for $15 and when I got it home I realized that the pants were still NEW with tags and retail for $109! What a great find! The small amount of time I spent searching equaled a great reward in savings I managed to achieve. It was like getting my kids clothes for free!
