You're very disciplined! I wish I could be like that. For some reason, I rebel against a schedule, even though I know it could benefit me. The only schedule I seem to be able to keep is my son's sleeping, playing and feeding schedule. But maybe I will try to implement some baby steps...maybe the take shower, get dressed, get ready before working thing. I can see how that would help me get up and moving and stay motivated.
